I did procure an 1199 Tricolor around April 2014 from a private sale, no problems w/the bike etc. I do all my own mx and no one touches anything i own unless i know you and trust you. shortly thereafter, a recall came in for a simple switch replacement. problem is i live 100mi from the dealership. DeShaun understood this, and after getting nice weather, i coord'd w/him to bring the bike first thing this past Saturday morning, i show up and 5 guys swarmed the truck to help off load it. The ducati tech was knowledgeable, seemed legit etc. He said give me until 2pm, and i asked if he can get the rear passenger pegs off as well which needed more than the std removal b/c of the aftermarket exhaust. He did this, no problem for IMO a reasonable price, i tried a few times but it was looking to be ducati PITA. He also adjusted the chain, updated the CPU etc. Right on queue, 2pm, DeShaun called and said bike is gtg. I get there, and no kidding, bike is done, everything was complete no BS and again 5 guys helped me load it w/o needing to start it.
I have only had good experiences there. We always buy our cars there and the customer service is better than what we had from other dealerships (mainly the chevy store next to it.) Of course you don’t take your car there for a oil change in the middle of the day and expect to get it in about an hour. But they are pretty good with fixing all the problems we may have experienced. There is usually no problems with our cars so we rarely take it in. After buying 6 cars from them we have noticed that the best time to buy a car from them would be around late November. We have always gotten our cars dropped another 2k+ during that time. Like our last deal (bought in Nov 2010) was a brand new 2012 Altima 2.5 for only 17500!! We will be there again in a couple of months to find a car for my daughter. So if your on here looking to buy a car, then I would highly recommend it. If you want a dealership to fix every little problem then I don’t think I have had enough experience in that area to give an opinion.
I had bought my first Acura in 2010 from Hoy Fox Acura and had always taken my vehicle to get serviced there and always had good customer service. I had always said that I would purchase my next Acura out of town, for more options and better deals. But it wasn’t until 2015 when I took my 2010 TSX in for a regular service and I received A+++excellent customer service from the new Service manager, Julian Reyes. Because of Mr. Reyes’s excellent customer service I decided to just look at Hoy Fox’s inventory. I met Claudia, who went out of her way to meet my needs with also her excellent customer service. I ended up purchased another Acura from Hoy Fox Acura and kept my business here locally. I definitely will continue to take now both vehicles to get service here. I am a loyal customer to Hoy Fox Acura service department!! Thank you for your A+++ customer service!!
