They are an alright place - they have fixed things for me before and the prices are good. There was an escalation before but once I spoke to Luis senior and he clarified what was needed to be done then it desecalated and all was resolved in the end.

Please, Please, Please Beware of these people, very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. Had to take my vehicle to another shop (where professionalism and customer service are second to none) and had to redo the entire work that was done by this shop. El Paso people you are warned. Please take your vehicle to another shop, even if it means paying your deductible, at a shop your insurance recommend, please EL PASOANS beware of this shop. You don't need any unnecessary headache, very awful experience. I would rather drive a broke down vehicle rather than ever ever go back to this shop. Keep an eye on who responds to my review, it will be owner and friends, but I know what horrible and terrifying experience I had. Know that you have been warned

If I could give a negative number of stars review, I would.Awful experience! Brenda is very rude! They did not complete the work as promised and then after keeping my vehicle extra time, the work was sloppy. Im having to to take it back for them to clean up the crappy job they did. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Beware!
