Horrible experience. Was in the waiting room for over a hour before they called our name. A full eye check up took us over 4 hours! I should have known something was up when I was leaving and a couple with a crying child was walking out yelling about the facility's incompetence. I will NEVER go back there again. If you value your time, don't go, because they clearly do not.

I had a new patient appt. that was first thing in the morning. As I signed in I noticed that the other patients apt tabs where still on the sign in sheet. WITH ALL OF THEIR INFORMATION SHOWING. I asked the young lady to remove mines because it was not following the HIPAA LAWS. After sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes I asked if I would be getting seen soon and was told I still had about an hour wait because they did not go off appt times. (Although West TX eye associates contacted me and set up an appt after receiving a referral from my insurance). And was then told that the complete process would take about 5 hours total just for a new patient eye exam. I was not notified of the "no appt times" once booking my appt. And did not agree to stay and wait for over an hour before I was to get seen. Therefore I left and do not plan on going back for any services.
