Steer clear of this company! Well the El Paso branch at least. They lied to us. They told us that if we produce a certain amount of work an hour. We would get .50, .75 or $1 an hour added to our hourly pay.
Said it would take 2 weeks to kick in and that it would be on our checks from Manpower....Well, that was over a month ago. And no1 received the extra pay. To make matters worse when Manpower was asked about it, they had absolutely NO idea what was going on. Couldn't give anyone any updates or info on the matter. They were completely clueless to what we were being told!
When we ask the horrible management at Source HOV, they point the finger at manpower and try to cover 1 lie with another. By telling us that some people received theirs already. What ''those'' people got was shift differential pay.
The manager or whoever he is is a PUNK! He sneaks around you in order not to be confronted. If u do get a word in with him he always gives lame answers or just doesnt know. He along with the team leads are very unprofessional. The new team lead for graveyard is a joke.
They need some major training in dealing with employees. They pick favorites here. And if ur not on that list, dont even bother.
African American people definitely need not apply. Im Mexican and I even notice how they are mistreated here. I've watched all the African Americans be let go one by one, one was fired for using his phone (which isnt allowed) but ALL of the leads use theirs (which ISNT allowed) and pretty much everyone else does. The ''favorite''s even have their phones in plain view.
How can anyone take a team lead giving a "No Phones Allowed" speach serious when he has a phone hanging out his pocket? ...Lead by example? Haaa, not at this place!
Its such a shame. This place is absolutely horrible. After being lied to, Im officially getting out of there. So if you want to take your chances you can have my spot.
A group of us will be finding out if what they have done to us is even legal or not. Because it just isnt right. We were all looking forward to that money not to mention killing ourselves to produce enough to get the money!
The work itself is not the issue at all. It is frustrating at times with all of the new updates and procedures. But thats normal. It's the staff that is going to make this place fail. Temps or not, We didnt deserve this.
There is one awesome Supervisor, she's works graveyard. And another trainer who is very nice and knowledgeable. The old team lead that was on graveyard didnt know to much about the work (It was a new project to everyone, so he was learning as we were) but he was a good lead and you could tell he was determined to do his job correctly. Why they moved him? idk. But this new one is joke just like his boss.
