Your problem is that you asked the polarized three-year warranty and this is not guaranteed by color change. If you had asked the lifetime you would not have this problem.

My tint turned purple after a year and a half, still under warranty I called and was told that the warranty does not cover fading or discoloring of tint. Waste of money, don't take your car here.
