Closely evaluate and continually monitor the quality of the services provided by the staff for yourselves. The teachers do not appear to have overall adequate training. Unfriendly and lacking in basic courtesy skills. Unprepared and unmotivated to provide a basic report on how the child did in school that day (such as, did she eat?, did she use the bathroom?) They lack communication amongst one another and don't seem concerned about getting report on how the child did during the other's shift. Of greater concern is how speak they consistently speak

harshly and coldly to the children. They don't demonstrate behavior that is reflective of someone who enjoys working with children. Our child picked up phrases like, "it's your fault that .....and don't cry because it's your fault". The place is very clean and organized. Activities are thoughtful. My other concern relates to keeping kids hydrated during their stay. Our child came home (excessively) thirsty and dehydrated. This was another question that the staff could not answer. (How much water did she drink?) I wanted to trust and "love" this place but I did not. Our child is no longer attending. The certificates on the wall are impressive however, the staff working with the toddlers are ill prepared to safely and thoughtfully care for young children. It is no longer the place described by earlier reviewers.

Two teachers (the Powers) have opened a truly child friendly and safe place. It is clean bright and the staff is wonderful. The care and attention to detail they have put into this place is like nothing else in El Paso. My Daughter loves it there. Thanks so much
