I went to this mechanic shop to perform a recall service (side door latch replacement). They told me to bring the car back the next day at 10 am because they needed it for 4 hours and it was getting late that day.
I took my car the next day at 9 am and got my car back at 4 pm (The whole day!) I was left without any information regarding the progress of the service ( I called many times during the day and I was told every time that the service manager Is going to call me back, but he never did!). They are not professional at all.
I went to take both my cars to get oil change. I had rude manager or owner answering the phone for price quote. I took a vehicle today and they were close. Im going take it somewhere else.
I called twice in the morning no answer. I called again during the afternoon rude man answer me and want give price quote for overhaul

These guys are honest and won't screw you over. They're interested in doing business and fixing your car, nothing else. They gave me a fair deal and helped me out when I needed it. I haven't lived in El Paso long, but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Check them out!
