By far the worst place I've even been to. I'm was ecstatic looking for my dress and bridesmaid dresses until I visited your store I will never recommend Davids Bridal I've never been treated this poorly!!! Worst experience I've ever had shopping!! The first day i went just to browse at the selections with my maid of Honor two very nice ladies gave me information i needed for the actual purchase and dresses i like. They scheduled an appointment for my wedding party and I so that we would all agree on the color and style, When it actually came to the day of the appointment we arrived on time after a relaxing spa day, and to our surprise they didn't even have anyone there to assist us. We counted literall 6 women pretending to act busy and avoided us like the plague. How Horrible!!! I was so excited about planning my wedding and after being treated that way i felt terrible like i shouldn't have a beautiful wedding. My Wedding party is amazing and together we found everything on our own. When we went back to hopefully make the purchases we were treated rudely with the upmost disrespect and we did nothing to deserve that at all!!! Needless to say we took our business $8000 to a much better Bridal store Bridal Novias who were absolutely amazing!!! Thanks to them I'll have the wedding Party of my dreams!

Had a wonderful experience! A sweet lady Pam helped me I would recommend her to anyone she was very patient and help me find the perfect dress! I'm am beyond impressed with this location in el paso I would recommend to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience here. I didn't even have an appointment, and they were wonderful to me. I found the perfect dress thanks to Pam and her kindness. She made my experience fun and was really helpful. I would recommend David's bridal in El paso TX to anyone.

I received the best customer service at Davids Bridal. Ms. Carrillo was very patient and showed me several dresses that were similiar to my picks. She was very helpful and so sweet. I definitely wish I would of gone to Davids Bridal prior to Bridal Novias.

They "require" you to have an appointment, but apparently if they find out you're not spending enough, they'll double book you and take in a "walk-in" to consult right along side you. My "advisor" Emma paid no attention to me and my fiancé once another Spanish speaking lady walked in with a higher price point and made no secret that she was helping her as we sat waiting for word on dress styles I had selected via Internet. We sat there for over 10 minutes to hear if they had a size, but rather than checking on an answer, she was assisting the other lady. Sad part was, we may have said we were going to spend $300, but we wound up buying a $1200 dress at a competitors after we left only having tried on 3 dresses in less than 45 minutes. She never even came to see us out, just yelled from across the floor "sorry we didn't find anything".

Selection good. Customer service poor. My daughter recently got married and we went to several bridal stores to shop for wedding dresses. Unfortunately, she fell in love with one at David's Bridal. We set up an appointment to try dresses on. We arrived on time and we were told that our assistant was on a break so we started going through the dresses to chose what my daughter would try on. The manager promptly came over and was clearly irritated. She told us she could only get 6 at a time. We later bought the dress and scheduled an appointment for alterations. You cant past the front door without going through a receptionist, and it took several people a while to figure out that our appointment was with the seamstress. You would think that since they offer one basic service (wedding dresses) it wouldn't be so difficult to figure this out! Then as we are heading back towards the seamstress, the receptionist yells out that I have to pay for those services today! How unprofessional! I spoke with the manager regarding my discontent over the way this was handled. Then when we picked the dress up on another date from the seamstress, I was told that I could bring it back to have it pressed. So I returned and the same manager as above, once again, clearly unhappy told me that the dresses already come pressed. I stated that we were offered this service and I wanted it done. In my opinion, the manager was very unprofessional everytime I dealt with her.
