        Overall

        This business is terrible in both quality of cars and service department. When you think of cadillac you think of the best but not true for this dealership. Service department finds nothing wrong with your vehicle even when you know its not true. My new car has already 7 recalls. Would not recommend the dealer, service, or any cadillac vehicle.

        I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade and I must say I am completely impressed with my overall experience! I found the vehicle on-line. I work in Las Cruces, NM and Bravo Cadillac of El Paso delivered the vehicle to me in Las Cruces, brought their Finance advisor with them, had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. For my follow-up care, Bravo delivered a vehicle to me, picked up mine, took care of all issues, and then delivered my Escalade back to me the next day. I will use this dealership exclusively!
