The staff is very friendly & I always feel welcome during my visits. Minimal wait time for exams and lens/frame orders.
My experience at this place was not pleasant at all. The doctor was kind of rude, he even mentioned that my daughter cheated on the eye test because his results didn't match his assistant's results- maybe it was his assistant?The environment felt very tense. The office assistant would make a face every time the doctor would ask her to do something. Then, my daughters lenses were not ordered, the order got lost. 2 weeks passed before we found out this! When I asked the doctor to call me to let me know about my order, he told ME to call back...what type of customer service is this where they don't want to call you? I will definitely not go back or either.recommend it to anyone. There are tons of them in the city!

The day this patient came into the office was a day that was extremely stressful, since my optician was not in the office because of a broken ankle. Aside from performing eye examinations, I was also involved with the optical side of the business. Unfortunately, because my optician was not there, the order for the lenses got misplaced. When this patient called enquiring about her lenses, we were closed and the computers were turned off. I asked her to call back the next day to speak with my optician to find out about the status of her daughters' lenses. She did not call back the next day as requested. She called back about 4 days later, in which it was determined that the order was not placed because of the confusion during the time that my optician was out of the office. We expedited the lens order upon learning of the problem and got the lenses in the next day.
Nicest Doctor in town! The staff is friendly and the entire office is professional. Dr, Applebaum is wonderful. My family just loves him.
