Tuesday Morning

Do not use them!!Not a family based company. Movers were not related to owners, 2/3 movers were rude and threatening, using foul language in front of the children. They were scary looking to begin with and threatening if any suggestions made on how to move something. They charge by the hour and took 2 hours to move a fridge out that my husband and neighbor moved in 30 min. They refused to take of fridge door as I suggested and damaged the door frames and thefridge water supply. Also took 30 min to move a sofa out a door that my husband and child moved in 2 minutes because they insisted on doing it their way instead of how my husband moved it in until finally they did it.Meantime chewed up all door trying their way. They took 4 hours longer than expected quote due to their incompetence. My son(minor) even gave me a knife he was so scared of them "to protect me if I needed it". Final bill 1000 dollars over expected. Even in my fear, they appeared to be clowns, fighting with each other on how to do things. They did not have the proper dollies and were tying up 2 foot dollies that would get crooked as soon as placed furniture on it and then would not move. They explained their difficulty by saying they"dont' usually move small houses like mine, mostly richer houses with wider door openings.Couldnt believe my ears. Called owner re: my experience w/ them requesting other guys, not these 2. He said it's only my word against theirs and they denied cussing or mistreating my furniture. and I signed contract so they need to continue working. He was not at all interested in hearing me. The third guy was polite, well groomed, but was continually bullied, insulted by the other 2 exconvict appearing thuds.
