I had my daughters 15era here at Legacy Ballroom on 3/10/2012 and I must say that the Legacy team went above and beyond what there duties were to make me a satisfied customer….my family and friends all gave me compliments on how elegant the hall was also the staff was awesome , the food the DJ all just SUPER…. I am not a party organizer, I only have 1 daughter and had no clue what I was getting into when I started planning this party … The Legacy Team helped me with all my questions at some point I felt I might frustrate them with ALL MY QUESTIONS but not at all they always gave me answers and tips ….. The music was GREAT the dance floor was full at all times the food was GREAT ….the attention I had from management was GREAT I might add the control at the door was excellent no one came in with out a pass just like I wanted Legacy is also a one stop shop they have a cake baker I gave her a picture off the internet and came out just like in the picture …..what else can I say about Legacy Ballroom … If I could turn 15 again myself I would ask for Legacy Ballroom …. fantastic service, they go beyond the call of duty, the helped me plan, design, prepare for the unexpected, very reasonable and elegant, I am planning my next event there, easy to work with, my guest were very complimentary, bottom line is you get what you pay for...........you get a "do it yourself" package, that what you get., we had an outside service make and deliver the cake, we had the unexpected happen, cake was a disaster, they save the evening, put a dummy cake in it place for the photo's and cake cutting and toast, one of their employee who makes there cakes, repaired a part of the cake and used for the cutting portion, thanks legacy I will definitely pass the word, you saved the evening. thank you very much, happy mom and daughter, you cannot put a price on what they did............................happy event holder
I had my daughter's wedding at The Mirage recently. The hall is beautiful and spacious. I found everything that was essential for my event there, including a chapel, as well as 'extras.' I chose to use the people that were subcontracted for the food, cake, and DJ services and I am glad that I did because everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. The cake was delicious! The DJ takes into account what you want to hear. The extras (special lighting effects, waiters, margarita machine, and chapel) were absolutely worth it to me. The wait staff were so courteous and attentive. The margaritas were the best I have ever had. The lighting effects were lovely and elegant...just enough to give a little pizazz to the event without it looking like a night club! The owner was extremely helpful. My family and friends were very impressed.
