I am disappointed with the service today. I unlike others rely on post office services. I dont care to pay my bills on line. Today I placed the flag on my mail box but the mail was not picked up..My neighbor noticed that if they don't have mail to deliver they wont bother checking and move on..Is this true! I hope not I rely on the Postal services because I am unable to get to the nearest or any post office. Thats why they have the Flag on the mail box..Most of the time the mail personnel deliver the mail to the wrong address. I end up placing it in the right mail box.. Because I know my neighbors need their mail. Please make sure that your personnel check the FLAGS UP and take the mail..Because of the Holiday (labor day) my bills will now be late..Thank you not so much for your service today.

bad service,i printed some postage on ebay to save time in line,took them to the local post office in el monte,ca.i asked an asian man where to drop them they say i have to wait on line to make sure i have the right postage fee.i always go 1 oz more when i buy the online postage.yes they are very rude including a black woman that works there.they have very poor customer service skill.

There are a bunch of foreigners at the post office and some are rude and or incompetent, the supervisor lied about calling me after an open case on a package the USPS lost he is a foreigner as well, it's a shame to see what has become of the United States postal service.
