        The hotel conditions were completely unsanitary and unsafe: the door lock did not work; the window blinds were broken; cracks between window panes; air conditioning barely working; cockroaches; the sink, tub, and toilet were filthy and not cleaned properly; the towels had odor; the sheets and bedding were dirty/not changed before our arrival.
