I have been here many, many times, and I have seen a lot of people complain about the attitude of the artists there. One, Buoy is the only piercer I trust in this area, and he has always been very kind to me. The girl who has been at the counter every time I have gone has always been super nice. The only thing I can think of is that people are not used to the environment of tattoo shops, and of course they're going to speak with people who have a bunch of stuff done a lot more than others. It's called having common interests. The girl at the counter the last time I went talked to me a long time about me dying my hair blue. They're people. You can't always assume that because they're mostly quiet when dealing with you, they hate you. That's just silly.



The only problem I have here is with another piercer there who completely screwed up one of my tongue piercings. He seemed relatively new at the time, and more recently, I have gotten my lip pierced by that same guy, and he did fine.



I highly recommend this shop if you do not feel like going over the river.

I've been tattooed a lot of different places and Evermore is by far one of the best. Such a warm and welcoming shop. Everybody is so friendly and makes it a fun experience. The shop has a great, easy accessible location and is also extremely clean. Donna is the best tattooer there; she's personable and still professional. She's never let me or my husband down when it comes to her work. I plan on getting tattooed there for as long as I live in St. Louis!

Had some work done about a month back by Thomas. It's almost healed just now. Scarred really bad. I kick myself for not walking out after it took 8 times for him to get it somewhat right. The fill-in is crap. Went outside the lines about a dozen times. The lines look like uneven. I will be going to Inkwell tattoo in fairview heights to get this finished and fixed. It is probably just the artist I had, but I don't recommend this place for any other "seasoned" inkers.

I got my tragus pierced here (not by Buie though) and I really liked the place. The employees were all very nice. About 5 months later, I had a problem with my piercing so I went back and asked for help. The guy who "helped" me this second time was awful. He told me he couldn't do anything and to just keep cleaning it a lot, so I did. Cleaning it so much messed up the pH around my ear and made it much, much worse. I got a 2nd opinion from a place in St Louis. They said the problem was the metal (some kind of stainless steel which he claimed was one of the best metals to use). The place in St Louis said that stainless it an awful metal to use (i know many places use it though) and says titanium is way better. Everyone else who works here is super nice, but I will never go back here or recommend it to anyone just because of that one guy.

Hey I had my fist tatt done by donnie and truthfully he was amazing it didnt hurt much at all it healed in less than a week and never got infected they are very clean and neat I personally prefer donnie becuz of his light hand and becuz hes a real nice person and the time he took to do my tatt was sooo great he could havr refused me and my friend went at about 8 or 9 and when he got to my tatt the place was closed and he stayed adter just to do mine I got done a little after ten service was awesome id recommend them to anyone!

I give it three stars only because my industrial didn't get infected and because my friend talks about how amazing Donnie is at his work and how nice he is. I, however, have had a much different experience. I went to Evermore to get my industrial pierced and was 'greeted' by a woman who acted like I was the scum of the earth because I didn't already have a sleeve of tattoos or two inch stretched ears. I fill out all of my paperwork (as does my friend who is simply getting her earlobes re-pierced) and wait for the piercer to be ready for us. When Buey was ready he acted bored and rather irritated with us. We weren't goofing off or anything but he seemed annoyed that he had to deal with us. He didn't talk to us at all except to ask what ear my industrial was going in and about a minute of aftercare procedures. I felt like a burden on him and all in all he was the rudest person I have ever met. I make sure to tell people to go to other studios now when they ask for recommendations about tattoo and piercing places. Because of the better-than-you attitude, they lost a lot of potential clients (I know I've found another studio that is MUCH more caring and I am a frequent customer there now).

Very nice environment. I just got a piercing, but the staff was very pleasant. The person that gave me the piercing explained the process and after care, as well as a follow-up visit to make sure things were going well. Can't say enough about how nice they were.

I got my cartilage in my right ear pierced by William. He did a very good job, and the piercing hasn't gotten infected. Evermore is very clean, I'd recommend them to any one.
