I'm 300 miles away and when my brothers water well went out, I needed someone to check it out for me in a hurry. My other brother had been replacing capacitors on it, but was indisposed for the time being. This energetic company quickly came, diagnosed the problem, and we ended up replacing the pump. My brother was excited to be able to turn on the tap again since it had been out several days before he called me. I knew my Dad had originally installed it many years ago, and it was just plain worn out, which my other brother later seconded. They accepted my form of payment (even better, under estimate) very graciously, and kept me informed of its arrival after my fear of it not getting there expediently.
