Provided by DexKnowsLawrence was great, however the team could be more organized. Much better experience than we had at Kline Honda.
It was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the conversations he has while we were waiting, And I liked how he gretted us at the door. He made a really good effrort to show us all the options and he was very Good about comprimising. I like him. He is a good salesman :)

I came into the dealership on 04-06-13 and talked with a salesperson named Danny Hook. He did not fit the mold of a typical salesperson. He was knowlegeable, easy to talk with and non pushy. He made me feel so comfortble that I decided to visit him the next week to see if a deal could be reached. He was very open and straight forward with all the information that I needed in order to make a comfortable desision. That day we closed the deal on a new 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L. The whole process was painless and without any surprises. I would certainly recommend this dealership and saleperson to fmily and friends.
Vicky is very good and easy going for car sales. She is also a sweet person that I appreciate and like to think of as a new friend! She has my support and I will be glad to send her business. Thank you for being so nice to me, it was my best car purchasing experience ever!

Provided by DexKnowsWe couldn't have been happier with all the help John gave us! It was very kind of him to give up his day off so we could finally findand purchase a new car. We've been looking for over 5 months and with John'shelp we finally get the car and price we wanted. John's low key sales style took the dread out of car shopping for us. As women, we find many salespeople(mainly male) talk down to us (we both have college degrees so this isvery irritating) but John didn't and he was able to answer most of ourquestions.
Kat is just amazing. She is willing to work out a great deal with me and I'm able to leave the door very happy.

Provided by DexKnowsoday's experience was wonderful. We came to Lynnwood after seeing the great selection of Honda CR-V's they listed online. We met Danny at the dealership and he showed us several cars, including CR-V's, Civics and Fits. He never tried to sell us on anything we indicated was outside of our price range, which we truely appreciated. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase a car, but the choice was an easy one to make. After looking at several models, we finally test drove a 2011 Honda Fit that included the used Honda Certification. The car sold itself.The dealership has a computer for shoppers to do their own research while they are there, which we appreciated since we had not considered a Honda Fit until we walked on the lot.Danny was a delight to work with (personalable, friendly, and easy to work with) and I would recommend visiting him at Lynnwood to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Honda. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks for making this an easy experience.
Service was efficient and well-prepared. We had shopped around already, and this location had better salespeople- they were knowledgeable, friendly, and new how to find all the info we needed quickly.

I had to have a new factory transmission installed in my 2001 Odyssey at 68K miles. This already was a huge disappointment - but now at 110K miles the transmission is gone again! I'm few months and 6K miles past the 3yr/36K mi. warranty on the replacement transmission - and American Honda nor Lynnwood Honda have done nothing but confirmed that there's nothing they can do! I would have gotten the same from any back yard transmission shop! A good business can make their customer happy even if the manufacturer is not backing them up - but Lynnwood Honda has shown no interest in even trying to work with me. Yes, I'm surely a very small customer for them but maybe the $3K for new transmission every 40K miles hurts me more than some in a better financial position!
My mother has purchased at least five Honda's from Rick. She told me to go see Rick for a new Honda. Now I see why she sent me to him. Rick made my buying expierence so easy and fun. I got into a new Civic Hybrid no money out of pocket first payment made and lowered my payment from my 2004 Acura TL trade in. Be sure to see Rick for your next Honda, you will not regret it.
I came in because the hybrid battery on my 2001 Insight had failed and my car could not longer be driven any distance. I ended up leasing a 2012 Civic. Given that this was entirely unexpected, the folks here did a heroic job of getting me into a car I could drive home. Lawrence was efficient and charming in explaining the loan process as I waited for the afternoon. He took me for the test-drive with good humor and informative explanation of the car's assets. I appreciate Honda's persistence in helping me finance; Lawrence's outgoing nature made the day much more pleasant. Peace!
