Service was efficient and well-prepared. We had shopped around already, and this location had better salespeople- they were knowledgeable, friendly, and new how to find all the info we needed quickly.

I had to have a new factory transmission installed in my 2001 Odyssey at 68K miles. This already was a huge disappointment - but now at 110K miles the transmission is gone again! I'm few months and 6K miles past the 3yr/36K mi. warranty on the replacement transmission - and American Honda nor Lynnwood Honda have done nothing but confirmed that there's nothing they can do! I would have gotten the same from any back yard transmission shop! A good business can make their customer happy even if the manufacturer is not backing them up - but Lynnwood Honda has shown no interest in even trying to work with me. Yes, I'm surely a very small customer for them but maybe the $3K for new transmission every 40K miles hurts me more than some in a better financial position!

My mother has purchased at least five Honda's from Rick. She told me to go see Rick for a new Honda. Now I see why she sent me to him. Rick made my buying expierence so easy and fun. I got into a new Civic Hybrid no money out of pocket first payment made and lowered my payment from my 2004 Acura TL trade in. Be sure to see Rick for your next Honda, you will not regret it.

I came in because the hybrid battery on my 2001 Insight had failed and my car could not longer be driven any distance. I ended up leasing a 2012 Civic. Given that this was entirely unexpected, the folks here did a heroic job of getting me into a car I could drive home. Lawrence was efficient and charming in explaining the loan process as I waited for the afternoon. He took me for the test-drive with good humor and informative explanation of the car's assets. I appreciate Honda's persistence in helping me finance; Lawrence's outgoing nature made the day much more pleasant. Peace!
