They made my birthday special by brining me a cake and singing to me. I am always treated like family and the food is good and at a good price.

Do not confuse this with the sumptuous Wahaha Restaurant in Beijing which serves Zhejiang cuisine. This Wahaha is a small, dingy place in Edmond, OK. A friend excitedly told us that this restaurant had fried turnip cakes, which, for reasons not worth explaining here, made us want to check it out. We went there after the recent ice storm in Oklahoma City, when many homes and businesses were without power. Wahaha was without power as well, and it was COLD in there, although the kitchen was working. The place was practically empty, with one other customer waiting for a takeout order; nevertheless, it took over half an hour to prepare our order. Halfway through, someone came out and told us that one of our orders was not available, so we had to get something else. Were not sure WHAT we replaced it with. The part of our order that was ready sat out on the counter and got cold while the rest was being finished. It was not in Styrofoam; it was just in plastic containers. The counter person thought the soup was too hot when she brought it out, so she ventilated the top by POKING HOLES IN IT WITH THE SPIKE THAT WAS USED TO SPIKE RECEIPTS, which had been sitting out on the counter in a decidedly unclean environment. When we told her that that was inappropriate, she just stared at us in bewilderment. So the service was completely disorganized and incompetent. The food was mostly cold when we got home. The hot and sour soup had a scum of oil on top and tasted like it was made from a commercial powdered beef stock. The won ton soup also was oily and tasteless. The spring rolls were limp and soggy and had no vegetables or herbs. The dipping sauce was tasteless. We could not tell if the turnip cakes were made from turnips or taro root. The dipping sauce was forgettable. The lo mein or soup or whatever it was, was made with ordinary spaghetti and was almost tasteless. The stir-fried tofu was burned black and unrecognizable and tasteless. The strips of stir-fried pork in one dish were also tasteless. The Thai curried chicken was actually not bad as long as you dont mind no vegetables and oily sauce. We are told that Wahaha is Chinese for laughing baby, but we werent laughing. If you want to eat at a restaurant called Wahaha, wait till you get to China.
