Very Disappointed with the policies & customer service of Riviera. After being charged for two years of a service that I was not using, they couldn't refund me because they couldn't find the cancellation letter that I had sent in. They offered me a two month tanning credit instead. I seemed to receive the same run around and lack of customer service/care from all of their staffing. Including Lack of promised returned phone calls & shortness of tone.They even told me that since my cancellation form was sent in under my married name and not my account name that it could have been tossed to the side. Very disappointed. I understand following policies and the importance of documentation, but to offer me a two month package when it is obvious i hadn't been using that service in 2 years is ridiculous. Please read and research online before you join, to my surprise i am not the only one this has happened to.
