When i went to the store to sign up for a membership, the store clerk that i would be paying half of the normal rates since i am a golds gym member. She said my monthly fee would be about 23 dollars for a level 1 & 2 beds.
This month they billed me 43 dollars and i called customer service about the issue, i spoke with Cory. He said that the 43 dollars is the discounted price and that there isnt anything he can do to fix it. So i asked him if i could cancel the account since i was being billed the wrong amount and he said no. Then i asked if i could switch the account to just a level 1 bed and he said no. He also said that there would be a $100 cancelation fee if i canceled my account even though i was told the wrong amout.
I asked Cory if there was a manager that i could speak to and he said there isnt anyone above him that i can speak to. What kind of business doesn't have managers!? I am very irritated and cannot believe the lack of customer service i got.
