As owner of Oklahoma Gold Gymnastics I'd once again like to apologize to you. Obviously we did a poor job of customer service last Wednesday morning. In fact, when I spoke to my office staff about our phone conversation that day, they were very disappointed with how they acted. The reptile toy situation was very embarrassing, and I'm sure that will never happen again. I truly do care about the children who attend my gym, and I am thrilled to see that you said ""class was Great"". Like you said on the phone, my son really loved it. Hopefully you will stay at Oklahoma Gold long enough to change your opinion of us and give us 5 stars one day. Until then I will try my best to encourage my staff to learn from their mistakes.
