Founded in 1976 by Rusty Loeffler and Robert Ross, the Interurban Restaurant Group owns and operates restaurants in Oklahoma. The restaurant s menu features a variety of starters, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, soups and pizzas. Additionally, its specialties include fajitas, quesadillas, baby back ribs, chicken fried steaks and chicken tenders. It also serves teriyaki chicken, grilled salmon, sashimi tuna and Greek chicken. Interurban Restaurant Group maintains a location in Edmond, Okla., and has been operational for more than 30 years. In addition, the group provides catering services for a range of events, such as office lunches, dinner parties, receptions, weddings and rehearsal dinners.

Bread Pudding is to Die For

We went here last night. I got a ranch burger which was delicious. My husband got the apricot chicken and asked for the recipe he was so impressed. My son ordered a burger as well and ate every last bite! (That's very rare for him.) The tequila bread pudding was the highlight of the evening though. It was so delicious and I would recommend it to anyone!

I ate here last Sunday for brunch ordered the Ribeye it was great. Staff is friendly and courteous and the prices are reasonable.
