I was very pleased with the care when at the ER this past weekend. The staff was very considerate and caring. The nurse and doctor were thorough with the tests run and with the explanations of the results. The facility was clean. I'm grateful for the treatment received. A++

If I could give the hospital a negative 5 stars, that is what I would do. In August, my wife started having severe chest pains and she is not one to complain or run to a hospital for anything. When she told me that she wanted to go to the emergency room, I knew this was serious. We tried this hospital because it was closest and Integris has a good reputation, so we thought. We walked into the emergency room and everything went fine until we got her back in the room. The nurse came in and they got her setup for all sorts of tests, put several patches to connect for her EKG to see what was going on. Once the EKG checked out they ran a few other tests. Keep in mind my wife is crying the whole time because she is in so much pain. They gave her pain meds for that which didn't really help her. The doctor came in and she looked her over and basically told her that we didn't find anything so if you have any more pain take some Tylenol. Seriously! No here is what you should do if this occurs again. Then she said you may want to follow up with your PCP. Hello, this is Memorial Day weekend on a Friday and the soonest she could see a PCP is in 4 days. Then the young lady that collects for payment comes into the room and tells me what my bill is and proceeds to take my credit card while my wife is still in the bed. She was the friendliest of everyone and she overcharged me by $75 so now I have to fight them to get a refund. Lastly, all the adhesive leads for the EKG were left on my wife and I had to remove them myself before we left. We will never and I mean NEVER to this hospital and I will NEVER refer anyone to this place.

DON'T GO THERE! As I had to go to the ER this last Fri night I was hopeful that since this was new it would be a very good experience. NOT! I was clearly interrupting the receptionist from reading (no one was in the waiting room) the attending nurse was at best not very pleasant - downright rude! And since I was the only patient they were all sitting around laughing, joking etc. I was an incovenience to them! I will not go back.
