    Rude staff!

    My wife took my son and his 3 friend here for his 13th birthday party. After driving 35 minutes she was greeted by a rude staff. She handed him the waiver paperwork to which he condescendingly replied "well, looks like you guys aren't getting in". He explained that one of the sheets wasn't initialed by the guardian. I called to see if there was another option but all extension got to voicemail. Even the front desk. This type of treatment is unacceptable and we will never return!

    I'm disappointed to hear how your wife, son and his friends were treated. We DO have a strict waiver policy with no exceptions, but no one should feel like they are being disrespected or spoken to condescendingly. That is not acceptable.
