Allstate Insurance: Monica Baker

I have been with the Monica Baker Agency for the last 4 years. Recently I have had a claim and she helped me get it taken care very quickly. Her office always has taken great care of me. The office has contacted me on a few occasions to go through my coverage’s and has made sure my premiums have stayed low. I’m very happy with my agent.

i agree with ddavey. i used them on both my hondas. 1 is a 1990 and the other is a 2000. NEITHER car is modified in any way, yet they were charging me for a wreck that wasnt our fault, and we covered this with them, and then $100+ for both cars per month, with no bad background. i cancelled the policy for both cars, and went with PROGRESSIVE DIRECT!! they are WAY WAY WAY cheaper, especially for a 20+ yr old and 10+ yr old cars, and i even got MORE discounts after that!! AND saved nearly $40 per month on BOTH CARS!!! Monicas is rediculous. if you want edmond people's "rich" money, then she is the 1 for you to waste ur time and $$ on. for future reference, try PROGRESSIVE DIRECT, ran by Haley of Haleys carpet, NW 23rd and MAcArthur, or ANY other progressive agent. the only discount you will get from Allstate and monica....is the discount of mony missing from ur wallett and purse for overpaying, by nearly 2x!!!!

i was told it would be 1 set payment, just like all other payments you make to whomever for whatever. I was credited too much FROM allstate, and when they found it out, they wanted it back...ok, no prob! BUT, when i did NOT understand it, and i tried and tried to have CLARISSA GARCIA, monicas office secretary explain it to me, she went right to the phone to call ALLSTATE and have THEM tell me why it was the way it was. I still didnt understand, and when i told CLARISSA GARCIA this, she became VERY huffy audibly, and acted like it just pained her REAR to explain it again. So i say "OK", and have my wife call to figure it out. AS SOOON as my wife called, CLARISSA started to talk to my wife like she was 2 yrs old, and nicely put it as ":thats the way it is," and was UTTERLY RUDE< HUFFY, and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! monica is NEVER there, she leaves everyday before noon, and has NO voicemail to contact. this place is a crock! they take your $, have no change, and then DO NOT tell you ANY info when you ask, all they do is call ALLSTATE on their phone for ALLSTATE to tell me what CLARISSAS job is SUPPOSED TO!!! DO NOT USE MONICA BAKER INS, they will LIE to get your $$, and then push you off to someone else for YOU to figure it out!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!

You really need to give Monica's office a call. I just moved my home, auto, boat with her office. They deliver quotes in a timely manner and the move to her office was very easy. She even help me cancel my old policies at my old insurance company.

I have had the best service from Monica. I had never filed a claim on my home before and she helped me every step of the way.
