A+ Pest Control

We had been with A+ Pest Control for years. The service had gone down significantly and we cancelled. They sent out a technician after we cancelled who started work without coming to the door, and without our knowledge. Once he came to the door to have gate unlocked I told him we had cancelled. He told A+ Pest Control that I refused to sign paperwork which is a lie! I would have corrected any information on paperwork and signed, as I have done this with other companies. We received a bill and called and asked to speak to a manager. They agreed to remove the fees. We have an email dated 7/5/19 stating we have a $0. So we thought it was resolved and moved on.

Late December 2019 we receive a collection notice from Okrin (who we have NEVER had!). Once they look further they say it is actually from A+ Pest Control and I will have to talk to them directly to resolve. I had not received any further bills or notices or anything! I call A+ Pest Control and the billing person had already left for the day (at 1pm) and would call me first thing in the morning. NOTHING... We call again first week of January. Response we got was "Well you owe for the work the Tech did." (First, we had already cancelled. Second, he did NOT do a complete treatment.) Send me a DETAILED billing of my account. We receive a Post-Dated Invoice. I know it was post-dated because I have an email after the date showing we have a $0 balance!

How do I know they will not continue to keep creating invoices and charging me money or threatening to send me to collection?

A+ Pest Control is one of the best companies in Oklahoma. The office staff is so polite and always there to help. The technicians are very courteous and knowledgeable with the products they use and are always helpful with any issues I have. Would recommend them to everybody.

Rick came out and did a mosquito spray around my house. Did an awesome job. Not seeing them like I was before.

A Plus always does a thorough job and always takes care of us. Came to take care of an ant problem and the technician pointed out a mice issue we were not even aware of. They offer free reservices if there is ever a problem between our regularly scheduled times. Highly recommended!

Excellent company. Has really friendly staff. They showed up on time and explained the service in detail.

Tyler was right on time just like last time. He was quick & professional & even took his shoes off in the house. I like that we had the same tech as last time & my dogs like him too. The product is working so far. We still had some spiders after last time but not near as many & that was only the first spray. I'm hoping this time wipes them completely out. It's already an improvement over our last company. We went a solid year with constant spiders & constant "promises" that it would take time but it would eventually work. It never did so we were leery about signing another contract with anyone. So far so good. It's already a huge improvement after only 2 sprays.

This company constantly sent workers to my home. They did nothing and I was still charged several hundred dollars. Will never recommend them! They offered me a free service. I will not allow them back, ever!!!!

This company keeps changing their name and address because they have had so many bad reviews and complaints. They have at least 6 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. They tell the Better Business Bureau they are no longer in business, even though I see their service vehicles around town. It also looks like some of these positive reviews were done by them since they are on the exact same day. I had them spray my house for bugs. It was unsuccessful at ridding my house of bugs. When I called to cancel my service contract, they refused and still wanted to charge me for future sprays that I did not want. Customer satisfaction is not guaranteed with this company. Go somewhere else other than A+ pest control. This company is shady and unprofessional.

Wendell (from A+ Pest) came and gave us our first treatment last week. He was on time, dressed in a clean uniform (with his name on it), told me what he was going to do, did it thoroughly...including treating my storm shelter, play house, and garage for no extra charge. We have dead bugs all over. I didn't even know how many bugs we had until they had been gone a few days, still sweeping up dead beetles and dead spiders.

I usually don't write reviews, but this was exceptional service, kind and courteous young man (It is nerve racking sometimes having strangers in every corner of your house). He told me all of them are "clean cut" like him, and had to undergo back ground checks before they were hired. They were referred to me by my neighbor, who knew I was leery about letting people in my house. My neighbor said she has had them every other month coming out for the past 5 years.

For what it is worth...I am very PLEASED...If it changes, I will delete this post and write a new one.

Over promissed under delivered. Phone calls not returned, services not performed as described. Look elsewhere for service.

Happy to have them out. Clean cut, courteous young men come over every month or two, and they have our bug problem solved. Office staff very friendly and helpful. I have had other companies (not to mention names, but the big guys) who didn't do half the job that A+ does, and charged me more $.

I just moved into a new home here in Edmond and I called several companies around the Oklahoma City and Edmond area. These guys were the only ones who acted like they knew what they were talking about. They set me up on a regular service (every 2 months I think) and have eliminated my spider and ant problem. Their guys are so nice and professional. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service.
