This is a great place to train! The instructors have created a friendly training environment that helps to maximize the learning process! The curriculum is setup so that adult beginners develop a strong base in the Gracie Combatives classes before being thrown in with more advanced students in the Gracie Master Cycle classes. Additionally, there is an incredible kids program and a women's program. The kids program, known as Bullyproof, helps to bullyproof the students by providing the knowledge necessary to stand up to bullies in a non-violent manner, effectively teaching them to fight fire with water. Plus, the bullyproof program incorporates a character-building aspect that every parent will love! The women's program, known as Women Empowered, focuses on life saving techniques and signs to look for in a potential attacker. There is a free 10 day trial, so go check it out for ten days absolutely free! You won't regret it! I promise!

I have been trained by Chris Neff for years and could not have had a better experience. I have lost 35lbs and my body fat went from 26% to 12%. Chris is one the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever met. Cristin Neff who runs the gym may come off as pushy to the uninformed because she tries to educate people but she always has the clients’ best interest at heart. I do not know what the prior two comments are about but for people to have so much spare time to leave a bad review about a small business owner that is excited about they do for a living (trying to make people feel better about themselves) is unbelievable. It makes me think they are a competitor.
I had the same problem that Tamatha had. The gym was great and the staff was friendly, but the external finance group they have makes it way to hard to cancel a membership and you can expect to be charged way more than what they tell you. I would suggest finding another gym that may be more expensive per month, but easier to deal with. Update: After calling 10Gym and discussing with them that the initial person we contacted didn't give us the correct information on how to cancel our membership, we were able to get everything worked out and they refunded us for all of the months we were charged unknowingly.
