        Once Upon A Tide is an oceanview home ideally located on the second row at Edisto Beach. The beach access is directly across from the house, and it takes less than two minutes to get on the beach of your dreams. Located right across the street from the beach, Once Upon A Tide provides amazing ocean views, and the first floor features a spacious deck for tanning, relaxing, and spending quality time with your friends and family. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with queen beds. Each has a private and spacious full bathroom. The main living space is also on the first floor. The large living room features an HDTV with premium cable TV channels, a dining area with seating for eight people at the table and four at the bar. The bar lies adjacent to the well-stocked kitchen, containing a new refrigerator. Additionally, the first floor houses a glass porch, offering a great view of the ocean. The second floor boasts a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, an open loft with two twin beds, which are great for kids, and a full bathroom. Under the house, there is a spacious area that is great for relaxing and barbecuing. There is a picnic table, a child’s picnic table, and a grill. There is also an enclosed, outdoor shower with cold and hot water that is perfect for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. Once Upon A Tide is the perfect home for a family or two or a couple looking for a nice, affordable home with easy access to one of South Carolina’s most loved beaches. It is the perfect mixture of serene privacy and amazing views of the beach that nearly everyone enjoys. We hope you enjoy sharing our home.

        This home is perfect for a variety of uses. In my case, it housed my friends, my parents, and I. This home is perfectly-suited for get-togethers. The spacious den area--surrounded by the kitchen, dining, and sun-room areas--creates a roomy feeling without making you feel like you have to yell across the room. The house is right across the street from the beach, which allows you to get more than your money's worth of the beach. If you would rather spend quality time with your family or friends, you will enjoy swinging in the wooden swing downstairs. Linda is by far the best, most attentive, and most cooperative owner. The house is clearly well maintained, and she always address any problems (some things can't be avoided) quickly. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The entire house is clean, and this makes it feel more like a home and less like a rental house.
