The staff were very helpful and their advice on the public transport system was extremely helpful and saved a lot when going into and out of the city. Breakfast was fairly basic but you could make your own waffles if you wished . The coffee was plentiful and you make your own tea.
We stay at this location each time we are in the area for business. Excellent always .
I stayed here for the weekend. I must say I was very impressed with the entire hotel overall. It was very nice and taken care of. The breakfast woman was very pleasant. The woman at the front desk wasn't very friendly but she wasn't rude either. The only thing I would change would be the size of the breakfast room. Other than that minuscule detail. Everything was fantastic!

Everything was good, clean and the atmosphere was condusive to how a hotel should be. The check-in agent at front desk was always a pleasure to speak with and answer any questions i may have had, no matter what time it was.
Stayed here for 1 night with my family. Nice surprise. Clean hotel, good location variety of restaurants and stores nearby. Only real issue was the breakfast area was not stocked and clean. There were no forks left, 3 pieces of bacon left etc. Other than that I would stay here again.
The hotel itself was nice. Small with a very friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi in the room was great. Perfect size but runs on a timer. The shower was very small (a corner unit) but the bathroom could easily fit a standard size (or larger) shower. The carpet was very dirty - not to the eye but when you went to shower after walkin on it barefoot you could see the dirty water wash from your feet.
Hotel lobby was very welcoming and tidy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great view of NYC skyline. Continental breakfast was very good and great variety of choices. Would definitely stay here again. There was 6 of us in the room. Two adults, two teenagers and an 9yr old and a 10yr old. we had no complaints.
The Comfort Inn at Edgewater was an excellent choice. Close to the ferry. Room was very clean. The staff was professional and very friendly. Breakfast choices offered healthy options.
I love staying here. I've been coming here since I was in my 20's... the 90's ... everyone has always been pleasant..
I stay here once a month and always have a pleasurable experience. The rooms are always spotless and inviting. I feel very secure as a woman traveling on my own. The staff is absolutely tops. Totally convenient to Manhattan! Shopping nearby including a beautiful Wholefoods!
