Deserve BBB complaint. Left good watch to fix in Dec 2015 and it is already end of May and not ready. Have talked about dozen times with manager or whatever he is and always an excuse. Say will call back or will be ready within the week and never hear from him. Service,etc don't deserved one star...there should be a zero star rating.Hope to have watch back before Dec 2016.

I am the manager of the store and have been there for over 2 years. I am familiar with the customer complaint and I addressed it properly. I told the customer that,at our expense, we would send the watch to the manufacturer and have it repaired. We did accidentally scratch the back of the watch, the tool we use slipped. If you deal with watches every day you can expect this from time to time. The customer refused our offer to fix the scratch because he felt he needed a definite timeline to complete the repair. Unfortunately, when we send anything to our vendor for repair we are at the mercy of their workflow. So, I do apologize for upsetting this client. I wish he could have understood how things work in our industry.

I brought two watches in for battery replacement. One came back scratched beyond belief! They did offer to fix it, took the watch back for a week and when I came to pick it up, the store owner attempted to buff out the scratches further damaging the watch. Any identifying numbers have been completely erased from the back! Because it is a specialty Disney branded watch they offered to send it to a more qualified repair center for replacement parts but said they could not give a time frame of when it would be repaired. Thanks for destroying my watch and deflecting responsibility. "Sure we'll get it fixed, at some point"... Oddly enough the cheap every day watch was just fine, but they destroyed the nice fancy watch!
