Do not like the policy of holding a tanning bed for someone who is shopping at another store. My partner and I waited a long time 7/20/13 while the level 3 tanning bed sat empty and motionless as the attendant held the bed for someone who was shopping at another store....they weren't even in the tanning salon waiting. When I asked for the owner's name and phone number the attendant would not give me that information, so at the end of my contract period I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please note: I just paid $307 on 7/19/13 and I wished now that I had not done that. Very upset....waiting... customer!!!! DO NOT LIKE THE WAITING LIST POLICY!!!!
