Tim screams at his work crew and degrades them in front of tenents, even from several yards away. <br> <br>*they withhold security deposit for general ware and tare from previous tenant, then spend little to not money fixing up damages for the next tenant. when the repair falls apart for the next tenant, they get charged for replacement. there are many related court issues involving these problems. <br> <br>*they say 'Non- smoking' on the rental ad collect the security deposit, then say "oh, the other tenants are grandfathered in" then they threaten with the earnest money amt. and $45/showing. They have had problems showing units because of smokers. they send out letters to ask that they refrain from smoking indoors until the unit is rented. <br> <br>* they take for ever to fix the laundry machines, they do not refund any money lost, they manipulate you, saying," do you have written proof. <br> <br>*oh, you call Jenna about an issue, then days later call back, the other workers have not idea what your talking about <br> <br>*call sue about an issue, she makes you feel as if you hurt her, offended her, she attacks you with cruel words. she threatens/intimidated you if you have a sad or negitive personal public history of any kind. <br> <br>* I have spent $ mowing my own grass, because they don't care about the conditions, until the city can react. <br> <br>* They welcome themselves into your apt., they look around everywhere!
