Overall

I think most of the people who leave bad reviews are the ones who thought they took care of a place, but unfortunately didn't. Graystone is a wonderful company full of kind people. I have rented from them for years. Vicki is a very nice, and understanding person. Not once have I ever had any issues with problems getting fixed. Reccomend 100%

Greystone has been amazing to rent from they are professional, kind, and helpful. Their rentals are beautiful and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend.

My son and I have rented several places,with absolutely no problem,until we rented from Vikki at greystone mng.we have always gotten our full deposit back with no problem,had to leave early and break the lease,health and family problems,she said she would work with us,she extremely rude,and is not professional at all,taking them to court,thanks for other feedback as I will be using this in court!!

This company is TERRIBLE!!! Not only do they never answer or return your phone calls, Vicki is EXTREMELY rude. We rented from this company for years, and every time we resigned they increased the rent substantially. When we first signed, our $150 pet fee was refundable, and then it when we resigned they began charging $25 a month for the dog and made my refundable fee, non-refundable. If anything was ever broken they took FOREVER to respond. To top it all off they took a HUGE chunk out of our security deposit for reasons that I would take them to court over and get my money back if I had the pictures to prove they are LIARS! I would never recommend them to anyone. Poor management and poor morals. I wish there was a below one star rating. @Tina H. We never once paid our rent or water late, and we were VERY respectful neighbors. We never once had an issue with our neighborhood... so maybe you should stop passing judgment on the other people rating this company because from where I see it, you are the minority on this topic.

We have lived in a graystone management place for about 10 years, even before they bought it, and quite honestly I am shocked at the reviews they have. We have never had issues with them. They have been kind and helpful in certain situations. Vicki is a very nice person and to hear that she yells is hard to beleive! I am not a relative or even a friend of graystone management staff, I just read these reviews and it shocked me. Either these people don't pay their rent or are loud renters or whatnot, cause we have never had an issue.

Where do I start...1) Every time I'd call this place, they NEVER answered. I'd leave message after message with no response or call back. 2) The neighbors would call to complain about every little thing and since I am only 20 and lived with my fiance and 19 year old sister she just assumed we were young hooligans, and Vicki would call me being very rude and wouldn't listen to my explanation or even if I had a complaint. I am a very responsible young woman, I work and go to school full-time, I didn't need her calling me every day for dumb s**t. 3) When we turned in out sign-out sheet saying we were leaving when our lease was up, they scheduled 2-3 showings every other day AND at LEAST 1 every day. Even got called on Easter to tell us that we'd have a showing early the next morning. 4) When we asked her not to schedule early morning showings because my sister worked nights and wanted to sleep (BTW they demanded we not be present in the home during a showing), the next day they scheduled one for the EXACT time slot we told her did not work. 5) OH! AND if we decided to renew the lease they would UP our rent by $50, turning our already $1000 to $1050! 6) My sister called multiple times to get her door fixed and it was never fixed so they took that out of the deposit. 7) There was 4 people on the lease that were all adults and excepted to live there yet EVERY damn time there was a showing or an issue Vicki ONLY called me, no matter it I was in school or at work I'd get call after call. I asked her to call my sister because she was usually off during the day but that never happen. 8) When our other roommate (who was on the lease) decided to move out early because of financial issues they gave him his ENTIRE deposit back and only took out money from mine, my sisters, and my fiance's deposit leaving us with extra charges when it was all said and done. On top of that we paid a pet deposit and they took an additional pet deposit out of our security deposit so we were charged twice. When my sister called to confront them, they ignored her calls and my fiance's calls for WEEKS until they informed us if we didn't pay the extra charges they'd send it to collections. 9) Finally, she called me one day before work to come in and "talk" with them, when I went in there they harassed me and yelled at me for letting my mother stay with us for a week and a half while she was in town on business. Even though there were 3 other people on the lease that knew my mom had been there and did not care. They, once again, only called, talked, and harassed me!



Absolutely ridiculous, rude, and money-hungry people!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

The management here is ridiculous. They do not appreciate their tenants whatsoever. Vicki has been very disrespectful to me multiple times. They have scheduled over 3 showings in one day, and then either 1-2 every other day of the week. When we respectfully asked them to not schedule any on Fridays as it is our busy time, they schedule 2! Stay away!

I like to think of myself as a good tenant, never late of paying rent, never had problems with the neighbors, but this company has been a nightmare. Vicki, the manager, literally leaves messages screaming at you. Maintenance requests are a joke. They take forever to even respond that they received it, are dishonest about when they do it. It literally took them a year to do a repair. Their billing for water is irregular, and don't be surprised if u get the bill in the mail with less than 10 days to pay it. No one ever answers if u call the office. The only time u get a response is if they want money, and they don't ask nicely. Maintenance has left messes in my house, leave all the lights on, and even jack the heat up past 80! These people are treat u like dirt, are completely dishonest when it comes to billing, and I would stay far away from them
