Bought a used 2009 Subaru Forester. Before buying the vehicle I asked Gary, the sales person, if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. He told me that the vehicle was checked out by their service tech for any problems and there weren't any. On the way home the Check Engine Light came on. Came back to the dealership the next day and found out that there was a code that was cleared on this vehicle. I later contacted the dealership by phone about this issue and was connected to Mike Keil. He informed me that the cars that are taken in and sold on their used lot are checked for any codes and they clear them. A code could come back, as mine did, or it may not. From talking to Mike about this issue, he told me that half of the vehicles on the road today have their Check Engine Light on and the issue I was having with the vehicle I bought was a "Luck of the Draw". Was also told by Mike that Rob from the used lot will contact me to resolve this problem. He never did. I bought a used vehicle knowing the condition of it by looking at it but was deceived with the issue of them clearing codes on their vehicles and hoping they don't come back on when sold. As the saying states "Let the Buyer Beware" hits home with this dealership.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU! I was out there yesterday and bought a car. Your staff was wonderful. Rick, and Jason were both kind and courteous. I was very impressed with everyone. I now feel like I can have some faith in a dealership because of my great experience. I already have referred a few people, and they said that because I had such a great experience that they would definitely give Eau Claire auto a try. (Don't worry I told them to come totally prepared Rick) Thanks again for everything.

I want to commend the two service team members who assisted me, Tom and Joyce. They were very professional in their approach to this rather frustrating problem. At the same time they were very professiona , they were also very kind. I really appreciate how they dealt with me! I said this to them face to face but I also want you to know how pleased I was and am with their approach.

As a result of Nissan vehicle information on the interent, we were very impressed with how quickly Kevin Wadley, your sales representative, contacted us. He made the purchae of our Nissan Rogue a very enjoyable experience. He greeted us with a smile and a cordial welcome at the door, explained features of the vehicle, answered our questions, and worked out a sales agreement with our trade in. We received Kevin's thank you letter, and follow up cal to confirm our satisfaction, and to answer any of our questions or concerns.
