Best Clinic in town. Dr. Boil has taken Cate of all our pets, she is highly intuitive, and a very gifted Veterinarian. I would know as I worked with several in my twenties and got a real education in the differences in docs. Dr. Boil is also very empathetic and cares for the people as much as the pets. I have seen some of the other docs when she has been gone and they all seem to be professional and caring. Just wish they could make households! This is a nice, clean and welcoming clinic, all of the staff are like family to us!!

I can't say enough about my first experience today at Eau Claire Animal Hospital. I brought my cat, Lantis, in for what I *thought* was just an abscessed tooth. Dr Mathers examined him and it turned out that he had a malignant tumor in his jawbone and there was nothing she could do.



She was extremely compassionate and gentle with me. We were both blindsided by the diagnosis and the fact that my boy only had 1 - 2 weeks left, by her estimation. I made the decision to not let him suffer anymore and let him go with some dignity.



Not only Dr Mathers, but the entire staff were so wonderful and sympathetic. It was an incredibly difficult time, but it was made a little easier by their kindness. I have 2 other fur babies who will definitely benefit from the care by the staff at ECAH and I will recommend them to anyone!

It's Christmas Day. My new puppy was on day 2 of vomiting, lethargic and getting worse. Dr Mathers promptly returned my call and even though it's Christmas Day, she was VERY kind and patient. She explained to me what she felt was wrong, why and everything I could do to try to fix it without having to bring her in. After only a couple hours my puppy is now more "puppy" then I've ever seen her. Thank you Dr. Mathers for not only helping my puppy. But also for making my 1st vet experience a great one.

Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff at ECAH, especially Dr. Mather, gave us another 10 months with our sweet kitty after he got very sick. The care was great and the staff understanding and caring. Can't say enough good about this clinic!

EC Animal Hospital is excellent with our dog. Dr. Johnson was very kind and caring and explained all procedures and medicine very well. I have used other vets in EC but have found a home here!
