        We're extremely pleased with Garage Door Maintenance Co. Our door wasn't closing all the way. It left a crack where rain came in when the winds came from certain directions. We had tried adjusting it ourselves, but that made a worse problem: the door closed with a big gap (about 12 inches). Luckily I called this company. Ken came right over and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Excellent work!

        What a great company to work with. I woke up and my door wouldn't open so I called around looking for someone to come get my door open so I could get my car out so I could get to work. Everyone I called said in a day or two. These guys were out in 2 hours. They showed me a gear in the opener when bad and gave me several options. I decided to replace it since it was over 20 yrs old. I figured they would come back in a few days but they promised to come back after I got home from work and make sure I was able to use my door again. Sure enough they came back late in the afternoon and replaced the opener and the springs. They were very professional and for what they charged me I was very very happy. I thought I would have spent hundreds especially since they made a special trip to make sure everything was working. I was so grateful for everything they did. The service man was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I can't say enough about how great their service was.

        Yesterday I tried to go work and my door wouldn't open. I called several repair companies who said they wouldn't be able to get to me for a few days. I called Garage door maintenance co and they said they would fit me in that day somehow. I was a little hesitant they would show and I wouldn't make it to work at all but in less then 2 hours they had a man out to see what was wrong. After getting my car out he showed me a gear in my motor went bad. He offered to replace it but suggested since the motor was over 20 years old it might be time to replace it. I was expecting them to come back in a few days but they offered to fix it later in the day after I got home from work. They came back at 5pm and installed a brand new motor and springs. The new motor works great. They were very professional and their prices were pretty cheap. I was so impressed they were willing to work with me and come so late to fix everything the same day. What a great company to work with.
