The waiting time is ridiculous, even once you've been called back it still takes them 20 minutes to even get to you. Secondly I don't think their "no show fee" is fair. Which makes it seem like this guy is a crook. I find it funny how they aren't able to do reminder calls for appointments. I mean really who remembers when their next dentist apt is 6 months later. I called the day of my scheduled apt and told them I wouldn't be able to make it and they charged me $100.00. Needless to say I've taken my business else where. And dr tremblay can sit back and collect the fees because that's what he'll have to survive on when his little office gets shut down for no business. I should have listened to my community/peers when they told me to go elsewhere in the beginning!
