I was involved in a car accident in which I was rear ended and not at fault. I had it towed to their lot because I lived in Easthampton. Their guidance and customer service throughout the process was outstanding. They pursued the insurance of the person that hit me and were a TREMENDOUS help in bringing the situation to resolution. They not only insured that I got a rental, they sought the proper claim information so I would not have to pay for it out of my pocket. They even got in extended when it took longer than expected. Megan in their front office was AMAZING. It turned out that the vehicle was totaled and they weren't even able to fix the car, but they never let up on the courteous helpful service. Don't know how I would have gotten through it without them. They have certainly earned my business.
