Still Properties

If I could give no stars a would. Cindy was very rude refuses to plow snow from there properties and hung up on me when asked. The roads were so bad all of the tenants were getting stuck. When I called back and asked her if she hung up she said yes and hung up again. Very unprofessional business. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Worst rental company ever! JOEL the property manager has no respect for his tenants at all! He has called me names such as "Stupid" ''idiot'' & ''crazy''Also 'worst tenant' even though we've always paid on time & also have failed to return deposit or send any letter 26 days after moving out. Do not rent from this company

Shoddy, incompetent, and corrupt come to mind when I think of these people. They did not abide by the contract because they repeatedly performed work on my property without my written consent, which the contract mandates. They lumped a bunch of miscellaneous work together to make it seem legitimate. They charged me at $49/hour for several hours to change the locks and then charged me $49 for one hour to give the tenants the keys and to check the locks on my 1,535 square feet property. It took them 6 hours at $49/hour to clean and change a screen door! I fired them after 2 months, but I wish that I had never worked with them. AVOID these people like the PLAGUE!
