I called for an estimate but received no return call. About 1 week later I called back and was told to wait for someone to return my call.

Most of what is said in the review below is fabricated and as a business owner, it is important to have the customer's views and criticisms available to all, as long as they are truthful and do not hurt the overall integrity of my company. As the leading paving company in CNY, people give me their praises, but people also try to negatively affect my company.



First of all, it can take UP TO 2 weeks for us to come and pave a dug-up driveway. However, it may only take one day. In this case, we called and got permission to pave the driveway that day and we did so. This customer was doing major construction on his house and admitted to our dig-out crew foreman that his sidewalks were broken before we got there. Our dig-out crew foreman warned him that the paver will damage the sidewalk more extensively because of its great weight. Despite our efforts to try and prevent further damage, it was inevitable to happen because of the weight of the paving equipment over an already broken sidewalk.



The accusations about the village having documentation on "this one company" is completely false. We are very highly respected in this particular village, as well as all others. Each village/town/city has their own regulations for permits, and this village is certainly not changing their requirements based on this one person's opinion.



With any service, there is a service agreement to help protect the company from incidences like this. For instance, if a customer has a damaged sidewalk and expects his or her broken sidewalk to be intact after an 8,000 pound machine drives over it, we have to make sure to write in our literature, that damage can occur. This is certainly NOT a "get out of jail free card." We write the service agreement so the customer can understand the things that can happen and how to properly care for the driveway.



Our company appreciates all of the positive comments we receive on a daily basis, and we also appreciate criticisms because it makes our company grow stronger. We have made an effort to resolve this issue with this customer but the only response given is "you've gotten paid." There are some customers that just can not be pleased despite every effort a company makes. The internet can be used as a positive tool for information or a negative tool for people more interested in revenge.
