What I just witnessed in your store was totally wrong, you purposely made a customer sandwich wrong and blamed it on a Prep person, ignored the customer you were working with (Me) and arrogantly explained why the sandwich was improperly prepared , Training & customer service is lacking here & I will go out of my way to frequent another DD

This is a good location. Service and products are good. It is a reliable business here, and friendly.
