Do not use this company under any circumstances. My mother ordered a roller walker; they were supposed to call us when their new shipment arrived. Instead, they just came to the door with a delivery; my mother never saw the selection, even though I told them I would take her to their facility. Of course, they came when no one was home, then said they "gave ours away." Had to wait several weeks for another shipment. They left a message today to say they were coming with the delivery. Took several calls to reach the guy on the truck to get an ETA. He finally just arrived -- what a piece of junk!!! Their service is terrible, their products are terrible. They should not be in business!

Worst DME company I have ever had the displeasure of working with...would not recommend them to anyone...hated giving one star..Unreliable, unpredictable, and irresponsible...

I want to commend your on call employee who aided me on Saturday, August 8, 2015. Johnny Cabral was efficient, knowledgable, caring, and courteous in addressing my problem with my conserved. It was malfunctioning and neither he or I could correct it. He was honest in stating he had never seen a evaluation motion conserver and replaced it with one he had on the truck. That allowed me to return to CT with no breathing distress. He was great. You are fortunate to have him on your staff.

Honestly this place is unreliable. You call in an order of O2 and you are lucky if you get it within 3 days. My client has honestly been stuck in her apt at times since they did not come with 02.



Thank God for Tony. He is such a great worker and is very reliable. If it wasn't for tony we would have been going to a different O2 company. He doesn't even belong at this location yet he manages to come every week and we haven't had any issues since we have him delivering.



I would give the company 1 star but since Tony made up for our horrible experience I'll rate them a 4
