I would recommend that you get a written estimate for any work that Dr. Robson proposes IN ADVANCE! Check what your insurance will cover yourself and don't rely on the staff for what you'll be expected to pay.



Dr. Robson performed a 20 minute cosmetic repair on one of my front teeth and charged me 50% more than my insurance carrier (best Blue Cross Blue Shield plan ) thinks normal and reasonable. I had paid my deductible at the time of service (what was requested) and then I was billed for the extra 25% that the insurance wouldn't cover.



I won't miss the feeling that I got every time Dr. Robson did the post cleaning exam. (I was a faithful semi-annual cleaning patient with no problems for 4 years.) His repeated recommendations to remove and replace old fillings that are not bothering me AT ALL, and with no evidence of decay, made me feel like it's all about the $$ for this dentist. I'm outta there.
