Writing this review while I wait on hold for a technician. Lots of marketing on hold telling me of the wonderful products the company offers. Bad time to try to sell me more stuff.

I've owned a unit from the company that has worked quite well. Unfortunately, they are understaffed so I am not getting anywhere with support. Sad given the number of people looking for work. Wonder if they are wringing every available ounce of worker productivity from their staff as many companies do so they can line the pockets of owners and shareholders with profits.

Its been 33 days still waiting for my check for $5300.00 for the replacement of my defective water heater from Heat Transfer Products. I have receipt showing that this water heater was purchased and installed. This company does not stand by their defective products. Their so called 10 year warranty does not exist!!!!!! Funny that this company gets money from Our Federal Government for the production of Solar energy but has no problem ripping off hard working Americans.
