Gosch Elementary School

If you smart and care about your kids education don't even think about sending your child to Carrie Gosch. This school is so ghetto and proud of it. I don't know how they are even still running, but it seems the East Chicago school system has a mind of its own. The whole district is below standard which is why they keep having to close and re-open schools under different names to keep it open. If you live in East Chicago and can afford to move to a different city, you should do it. Anything is better than East Chicago or Gary schools.

Parents should be aware that this school is one of the worst in the district. There is not much organization, and there is low morale among staff members which can't but have a negative effect on the children. Some of the teachers do well to retire because they can not keep up with the children in their care.
