Vic's is the best. Our one car is getting old and things break that are of the ordinary and Jimmy always finds a way to fix it. Old cars or new, we bring them all here, they get it right, stand behind their work and I'd rather go to a local guy I can talk to instead of some big chain where you are nothing buy an invoice.

I moved to NJ in 1976 and began an immediate search for the best services providers (.e.g MDs, Auto Mechanics, Electricians). I have extremely high standards in terms of quality, price, customer focus and ethics. Furthermore, because of my professional background, I am very detailed & fact oriented. I was working for IBM as a senior consultant at the time (24 yrs in all). I found Vic's Auto & Repair Service, started & owned by Vic B (a former IBM maintenance resource). Vic’s approach to his business (customers & employees) was every bit as high in the best tradition of IBM. For the last 23 years, Jim M (who started working for Vic) has owned & operated the business, while sustaining it's high quality reputation & very loyal customer base. All my vehicles have been meticulously maintained. Jim & his staff are honest to a fault & have keep up with the accelerating changes in technology, maintain their expertise and quality work. Emergencies are never an issue. Jim's customers are accommodated. At times, there are instances where Jim advised me to use the dealer service department. His honesty is beyond reproach. Jim & his staff meet my highest standard as consummate professionals.

Nothing but fast, friendly, personal service. The guys always fix my car right the first time around. I wouldn't trust my family's cars to anyone else!
