Thrifty Car Rental

It is incredible that after years of being a customer at East Brunswick location on NJ I gave up and changed my mind and about renting any car at this location, well at the end I was so frustrated by the Manager at this location that I have changed also my preferences about this company, this called Manager is not very please with customers and even though seems to be a little bit racist. Thrifty Corporate or owners have not made a single change at this locations even though if you look into reviews at this location they have the worse ever, just for a single guy, money is not all, decency, respect and other values should be present in a professional person, well excusing this called Manager, please do not rent at this location, there's other companies around, definitely it seems that Thrifty Car Rental had changed values for money, keep doing that great business and good luck.
