I would like to say thank you to Frank Alvarez & Sons Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. We had two major plumbing emergencies within a week's time of each other. This has been an extremely hard year for our family. It seems as though everything went totally wrong for us. However; Frank Alvarez & Sons Inc. did everything they could for us when they found out about the problem. They listened to us and offered genuine help when we really needed it. They were courteous, respectful, and offered to help us out in anyway they could. We would like to say thank you to Shane and Lucas. Shane is a really good person. He was honest, kind, and compassionate towards our family. The work was completed to a stellar perfection. The work was neat and the problem was correctly identified. They worked so fast and completed the work with elite and perfected skill. It was totally amazing how fast they fixed the problem for us. We would like to thank Shane and we would like to thank Lucas. Shane and Lucas are really good people at heart. They helped us out as customers as well as friends. They made us feel as though we always had them as friends. I feel as though that is so important given that sometimes, the world can be a difficult place. We are so grateful for everything they did. I know that my family will always have Frank Alvarez & Sons Inc. to help us with any plumbing, heating, or cooling emergencies in the future. We will also let everyone we know that we contacted them when we had our emergency. They really made our weekend. We are so thankful for everything they did to help our family.
Came home from the hospital to find my water heater in the basement busted and water flowing out. Called Frank Alvarez and Sons plumbing. Promised they would be there first thing in the morning to help. They showed up earlier than expected, Plumbers were awesome. Did the work, explained all that was needed, no nonsense, very professional and courteous. Price very reasonable. Very happy with their service. I recommend them to everyone.

Provided by SuperpagesThis company is great.They have been in my house several times to fix several different problems. What really sold me is the first time I called them about my heat they sent a very nice southern accented individual out I think his name was Deon.He fixed a problem with my heat that 2 other plumbers could not fix.He fixed it and charged me half of what the other 2 plumbers charged me, and didn't address the true issue now my heat works better than it ever had.He did it confidently and was quick.I would never call any one else.

Provided by SuperpagesI have utilized this plumber in the past on numerous occasions and they have always proven to be reasonable with their pricing and prompt with their service. I would never consider using any other plumbing contractor.
