We have purchased many cars, but have never been treated as nice as we were at Best Kia in Easley, SC. There was no pressure and we felt that the sales person, Dominic Gibbs, and the financial advisor to make the deal were both cordial to work with. We felt like they were willing to work with us, finding the best loan and interest available. Once the vehicle was purchased, it was late that evening. However, the sales person mentioned above, stayed with us until after 10:00 PM to make sure he had gone over everything. He marked the car manual and wrote important information on what to do for any problems, names and numbers to get in touch with. He went over all items with the vehicle, and helped in every way possible on any questions or concerns we had. Excellent experience!

Upon arriving at Kia, we were greeted with many friendly faces including Dominic Gibbs. We told him we hadn't bought a new car since 2003 and we weren't quite sure what we were looking for. He told us about the many different options in our price range and walked us through the lot letting us sit in the vehicles. We were still unsure at this point and left to look at another dealership. Our experience was not as positive as the one at Kia and we went back and asked Dominic to help us again. We finally decided on a car and Dominic and the rest of the staff at Kia made the whole buying process extremely easy. We never felt any pressure and left extremely happy with our purchase. We would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a vehicle to deal with Best Kia of Easley.
We Purchased our Kia Optima in June and are very pleased with everything about the performance of this car. The gas mileage is outstanding and after relearning how to drive, as it is a hybrid, the gas mileage of our other non hybrid cars has increased! While in the mountains of N.C. we achieved 99.9 MPG and maintained it for over 30 minutes! I love this car! The only thing that I do not love about this car is the passenger seat, it is too low and can not be raised. Otherwise the car is great and we love all the safety features and the key-less entry and key-less start are truly great!The auto lock feature is truly wonderful as well. I can not say enough about how wonderful this car is! I test drove different Hybrids before this one and it beat the others hands down!!
Last week, I was involved in a vehicle crash and totaled out my vehicle. Due to the previous loan not being paid yet by gap, i had troubles getting into a new vehicle, I decided to try Kia of Easley (SC). From the time I entered the dealership, I just knew that I had the right place. George Hooper was my sales person and he listened to everything I said, and made it happen. I was in and out of the dealership with my new 2013 kia forte in one hour. Very, very impressive! The vehicle is awesome, and the customer service was exceptional. If you don't feel like dealing with people who only come up with excuses, you really do need to buy from Kia of Easley.
Tiffany Goodnough was very friendly and explained everything very well. This was my first visit to the service department since I bought my Sorento. She made everything very easy. Joseph Kainer did an excellent job servicing my car. He even cleaned my windows. I love the multipoint inspection. I feel certain that with that inspection,I will see any potential problems very far in advance and will head off any problems before they become issues. I am extremely pleased with all aspects if Best Kia of Easley. We bought my Sorento there and everyone involved was very helpful. I will definitely be having all my car's maintainance done at Best Kia of Easley.
From the time I called to place the appointment until the time I drove my car to work, it was a real pleasure. I dealt specifically with Tiffany. She was professional and courteous. My appointment was at 7 a.m. The mechanics had my car in the shop soon after. The oil and filter change as well as the tire rotation was completed in less than an hour. I also would like to point out that my car was just as spotless as it was when I drove it in--no dirty handprints, or oil spots, etc. This was my first oil change, and it was complimentary! I would highly recommend Best Kia to anyone purchasing a new car.
I had a lot of work that needed to be done- a recall (they actually did three), and oil change, and a couple of cosmetic things that were under warranty. I had an appointment at 11 am and it was packed with people but Tiffany consistently communicated the right information, saved me money (which I can't say enough good things about!!!!!) and even fed me lunch from their employee lunchroom since I was there until 2pm.. I was looking all around for an affordable car (BUT NICE CAR). I am very thankful that I found Best KIA of Easley! From the first phone call to the time I walked into the dealership, they had said they would work with me and get me down to the payment I needed. And that is exactly what they did. They did not try to bait and switch the way some of the other dealers had done. I drove off their lot with a top of the line KIA Soul, so many dealers add on (to mention.) Wow what a great car for the money, I ended up paying. Thank you all for your help.
Within 1 hour of calling to schedule the 15,000 mile service on my vehicle, I was sitting in the waiting room with a cup of coffee in my hand. Speaking with the Service COnsultant was a pleasurable experience and it took about 5 minutes for us to come to agreement on what was to be done to the vehicle and what discounts I had available. The total service work from in/out took about 1.25 hours and I was on my way. The car was obviously serviced because you could feel a renewed tightness and crisp feeling again in the way it drove.
Obtain aggressive internet pricing. After reviewing available model dealership meet quoted price. Spoke very highly for dealership intergity and honesty. Purchased vehicle on the spot. Sales rep John was extremely personable and informative without being high pressure. Best car buying experiece I have had in many, many years. Will highly recommend and be a return customer to this dealership.
